Biography
Robert Dellinger is a Partner at Battlefield Law Group PLLC and native of Manassas. Mr. Dellinger focuses his practice in helping individuals with any domestic/family law matters that may arise and defending individuals right to criminal matters.
Mr. Dellinger attended High Point University, in High Point North Carolina where he received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science. After graduating from High Point University, he attended Roger Williams School of Law, in Bristol, Rhode Island in 2008
Upon graduating, he moved back to Manassas and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2008. He began working at a small firm in Manassas focused on small business issues and then in 2012 began working at another firm in Manassas focused his practice in the areas of domestic/family and criminal law.
Mr. Dellinger has represented numerous clients in matters pertaining to domestic/family law. He is well versed with issues involving Divorce, Child Custody, Child Visitation, Child Support, Enforcement of Court Orders, Property Distribution, and Spousal Support. Mr. Dellinger works diligently to assist his clients in navigating complex and emotional issues. He further understands that each case is different and unique and requires personal attention to ensure that his client’s interests are well protected. Mr. Dellinger, through wide-ranging experience with these matters, works with his clients to endeavor for the most favorable outcome in their case.
Mr. Dellinger has defended the rights of numerous clients on criminal matters, traffic charges, and juvenile criminal matters. He has handled cases ranging from Domestic Assault and Battery, Malicious Wounding, Violation of Protective Orders, Firearm Charges, Possession and Distribution of Drugs, Speeding, Reckless Driving and DWI, and Larceny.
Mr. Dellinger has experience representing clients in all levels of the Virginia court system and throughout Northern Virginia. He is well versed in the rules and procedures of each court he practices in.
